Winery Description
John and Barbara Witt own an estate vineyard, they make their wine at nearby production facilities owned by Tres Sabores. The Witts´ inaugural vintage was made in 2002, and the quantity has never risen above 200 cases of wine each year. In addition to wine, the Witts also produce olive oil and lavender on their estate.
