Winery Description
Shawn and John Guillams' seven acres of Cab,
Merlot and Cab Franc are tucked into the forest
near the top of Spring Mountain. High above
the Napa Valley floor, their grapes absorb a more
intense sunlight but generally stay cooler than
those that grow below. One result is smaller
berries that tend to have thicker skins; another
is delicious, balanced wines that combine ripe
fruit with lively acidity.
